Dentistry on Bank in Ottawa is hiring a Sterilization Assistant to clean, package, sterilize, and store dental instruments in compliance with IPAC standards. You will operate sterilization equipment, maintain records, and support a safe reprocessing area as part of a collaborative clinical team.

The role emphasizes accurate documentation, health and safety, and proactive reporting of equipment issues to ensure smooth patient flow and high-quality care.

Competenze

• Previous clinical experience working in a sterilization role is an asset.
• Completion of an accredited Dental Assisting and/or Medical Device Reprocessing Technician (MDRT) program is preferred.
• Experience with IPAC (Infection Prevention and Control) is an asset.
• Previous dental clinic experience is preferred.

The wage for this Sterilization Assistant position is$20-$25/hour depending on skills, experience, and location.
