Job summary

Landmark Dental Centre in Kelowna, Canada, is seeking a Sterilization Assistant to join our clinical team. You will clean, package, sterilize, and store instruments in IPAC-compliant ways, maintain equipment, and help ensure smooth patient flow.

The role values prior sterilization experience, IPAC knowledge, and an accredited Dental Assisting and/or MDRT program. Wage is $25/hour, with opportunities to grow through our education and development programs.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Clean, package, sterilize, and store dental instruments in IPAC-compliant standards and provincial regulations
• Operate and monitor sterilization equipment, completing required testing and documentation
• Maintain accurate records to support compliance and audit readiness
• Ensure a clean, safe, and organized reprocessing area following health and safety protocols
• Identify and report equipment or sterilization issues promptly
• Collaborate with the clinical team to support efficient patient flow

The wage for this Sterilization Assistant position is$25/hour depending on skills, experience, and location.
