Job summary

Sephora Canada in Vaughan Mills is seeking a Store Experience Manager to oversee client experiences and all services, classes, and events at ON-Vaughan Mills (0858). This full-time role focuses on delivering an outstanding in-store experience across the Beauty, Skin and Fragrance Studio and related services.

You will lead beauty advisors, manage staffing, and ensure training, reservations, and merchandising meet Sephora standards while driving service excellence and staff development.

Qualifications

• Two to four years’ experience in a similar role at a similar-volume store.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills indicating ability to influence business partners.
• Proven ability to build teams and develop cast to drive sales and client service.

Responsibilities

• Developing your team and managing daily operations of the Beauty, Skin and Fragrance Studio.
• Train beauty advisors and ensure staff leverage technology to elevate in-store services.
• Manage the Services online reservation system and schedule classes.
• Oversee staffing levels to ensure smooth client flow and efficient check-in.
• Provide orientation and selling model training for new hires and existing staff.
• Support Visual Merchandising and keep floors neat and replenished.
