Job summary

Qualifications

• Two to four years of experience in a similar role at a comparable volume store.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with ability to influence partners at all levels.
• Proven ability to build and develop store teams to drive sales and client service.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations of the Beauty, Skin and Fragrance Studio and train staff.
• Ensure advisers are trained and leveraging innovations to elevate service.
• Oversee client reservations system and staffing for smooth client flow.
• Lead orientation and selling model training for new and existing team members.
• Coordinate visual merchandising and replenishment with brand partners.
