Job summary

Sephora Canada in Vaughan is seeking a Stage Experience Manager to oversee client experience, services and classes at our Vaughan Mills location. You will lead the Beauty, Skin and Fragrance Studio and drive training for beauty advisors and senior artistry roles.

You will manage scheduling, store events and class calendars, coach the team on our selling model and ensure a seamless, elevated customer journey from check-in to checkout.

Qualifications

• Two to four years’ experience in a similar role at a similar volume store.
• Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
• Proven ability to create teams by attracting and developing store leaders.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations of the Beauty, Skin and Fragrance Studio.
• Train beauty advisors and onboard new hires.
• Coordinate staffing to support client flow and appointments.
• Lead client experience initiatives and elevate in-store services.
• Oversee merchandising and engagement with brand representatives.
