Job summary

Advantage Personnel in Cambridge is seeking a motivated Staffing Coordinator to join our in-office team. This role blends recruitment, client service, and B2B sales to support industrial, logistics, transportation, and office staffing needs.

You will source and screen candidates, coordinate interviews and onboarding, build client relationships, and identify new business opportunities while maintaining accurate records in the ATS/CRM system.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in staffing, recruitment, sales, or human resources.
• Experience recruiting within industrial, logistics, transportation, or office environments is a strong asset.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are considered an asset.

Responsibilities

• Source, screen, interview, and qualify candidates using job boards, referrals, and internal databases.
• Coordinate interviews and onboarding; maintain candidate and client records in ATS/CRM.
• Develop new B2B opportunities through cold calling, prospecting, and client visits.
