Pivotal Integrated HR Solutions is seeking a Staffing Recruiter & Business Development Coordinator in Brampton to join a fast-paced temporary staffing team. The role blends recruitment, customer service and business development to fill staffing orders efficiently.

The ideal candidate will source and screen candidates, build client relationships, and identify new staffing opportunities while maintaining meticulous records in the ATS.

Qualifications

• Experience in staffing, recruitment or sales preferred.
• Strong telephone and communication skills; goal-oriented mindset.
• Highly organized with attention to detail and ability to multitask.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, interview, screen and reference-check candidates for temporary assignments.
• Source candidates through job boards, internal databases, referrals and other channels.
• Match qualified candidates with client requirements, shifts and environments.
• Respond to client inquiries and staffing requests promptly and professionally.
• Maintain regular communication with clients regarding orders, attendance, replacements and staffing updates.
• Complete reference checks and identify potential business leads from conversations.
• Support business development by contacting prospective clients and following up on leads.
• Build and maintain relationships with candidates, employees, clients and prospects.
• Confirm employee availability and assignment details; manage attendance.
• Maintain detailed information in the applicant tracking system.
• Adapt to changing priorities and urgent staffing needs in a fast-paced setting.
• Collaborate with recruiters, account managers and staff to fill orders.
• Assist with recruitment, customer service and business development duties as required.
