Robots & Pencils is seeking a Staff Product Manager, AI to lead enterprise GenAI and agentic AI programs. You will combine technical fluency with executive communication to prototype and own production-grade AI outcomes end-to-end, working with AWS architects, client executives, and engineering leads.

You’ll drive direction across discovery to scale, set success metrics, and ensure delivery at production pace within cross-functional teams. Strong leadership and strategic thinking are essential.

Qualifications

• Shipped AI products from prototype to production at enterprise scale.
• Strong product sense with ability to align AI with business outcomes.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication for PRDs, specs, and logs.
• Experience with Python/JS/TS and AI tooling is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Define product vision, strategy, and roadmap for GenAI and agentic AI.
• Lead cross-functional AI delivery with engineering, design, and AWS SMEs.
• Set direction and drive alignment across stakeholders and executives.
• Own agent behavior design, prompts, tool schemas, and guardrails.
• Prototype AI solutions to validate hypotheses before full build.
• Manage backlog and sprint execution across multiple AI workstreams.
• Define evaluation frameworks for production AI and monitor performance.
