Qualifications

• 10+ years of Product Management experience with AI-driven platforms, automation systems, service workflows, or enterprise SaaS products.
• Experience with multi-agent systems, LLM-powered workflows, or AI operations is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Define a 3-year product strategy for ESM, differentiating through AI agents and deep workflow integrations.
• Validate pain points with customers and translate insights into MVP scope, roadmap, and measurable outcomes.
• Build and launch an AI-native MVP and collaborate with engineering, design, and UXR.
• Drive cross-functional GTM with Sales, Channel, PMM, and CS on positioning and onboarding experiences.
• Operate with startup-level hustle, shipping iteratively and learning from real usage.
