Qualifications

• Strong RAG and evaluation/observability capabilities for LLM systems.
• Proven prompt engineering skills for production systems.

Responsibilities

• Design and lead architecture for agentic AI systems and pipelines.
• Build and maintain end-to-end AI/ML workflows and integrations.
• Establish engineering standards, reliability, and observability practices.
• Collaborate with product and delivery teams to ship features end-to-end.
• Mentor engineers and contribute to technical leadership.
