Job summary

Coursera Sourcing seeks a Senior Product Manager, Applied AI to own customer deployments from discovery through value realization for enterprise clients. You will translate objectives into product and technical requirements and partner with engineering, data, security, legal, and cross-functional teams to deliver measurable outcomes.

You'll lead end-to-end deployments, define success metrics, and build repeatable playbooks to scale AI-enabled enterprise solutions across global customers.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of relevant experience across B2B product management, enterprise software, technical consulting, solutions delivery, or related roles.
• Demonstrated experience taking technically complex enterprise products from discovery and scoping through production launch and adoption.
• Experience with platforms, data, APIs, integrations, infrastructure, or complex enterprise workflows.
• Strong customer-facing experience with executives, technical stakeholders, and sponsors.
• Excellent product judgment turning ambiguous problems into clear requirements and measurable outcomes.
• Strong program and delivery management skills with multiple workstreams and changing scope.

Responsibilities

• Own customer discovery and product strategy from inception to deployment and value realization.
• Lead end-to-end customer deployment with milestones, risks, and launch criteria; produce artifacts and governance.
• Partner with engineering to translate workflows into technical solutions, APIs, and data flows; ensure security and privacy considerations.
• Define value hypotheses and metrics for customer engagements; balance effort, cost-to-serve, and customer value to guide scope decisions.
