Q1 Technologies, Inc. in Montreal is seeking a seasoned Project Manager / Product Owner to lead enterprise AI enablement programs, driving multiple regional workstreams, backlog ownership, and delivery roadmaps while ensuring security, compliance and measurable business value.

The role partners across technology and business teams to govern AI governance, risks, adoption plans and training, with bilingual English/French collaboration for Montreal stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of technology project/program management in enterprise environments.
• Direct experience leading AI or LLM-based enterprise deployments; strong understanding of generative AI concepts.
• Solid grasp of AI governance and risk frameworks; experience implementing security and compliance controls (DLP, audits, access management).
• Experience with connectors and automation; hands-on scripting to coordinate with engineering and QA (Python, PowerShell).
• BSc/BA in Computer Science, Engineering or related field; PMP and/or Scrum certification is a plus.
• Bilingual (English/French) strongly preferred for Montreal-based stakeholders.

Responsabilités

• Own end-to-end delivery of AI enablement initiatives from planning through execution and handover to operations.
• Act as Product Owner for the AI portfolio: prioritize backlog, translate business demand into features, balance requests with security/compliance constraints.
• Establish and manage integrated plans, RAID logs, decision records, scope baselines and executive reporting for multi-workstream programmes.
• Coordinate AI product deployments with security, compliance and regulatory requirements (DLP, access controls, audit logging).
• Partner with platform engineering and other teams to enable automation, environment readiness and integrations (M365, Entra ID, ServiceNow, Azure OpenAI).
• Lead risk assessments and design reviews for AI solutions; ensure governance and data privacy compliance.
• Define adoption and enablement plans, training, communications and success metrics; monitor usage and cost efficiency.
• Keep leadership informed and showcase new features while ensuring security/compliance.
