Job summary

Jobgether SRL, on behalf of a partner in Canada, seeks a Sr. Agentic Product Manager to lead design, architecture and deployment of enterprise-scale Agentic AI solutions.

You will drive discovery with enterprise clients, translate requirements into AI-enabled workflows, and own the delivery lifecycle from design to deployment and optimization. You will collaborate with Product, Engineering, QA, and Customer Success to ensure security, reliability and governance while shaping product requirements

Qualifications

• 4–10 years in Solutions Architecture, Implementation Consulting, Product Consulting, or related fields in enterprise SaaS/AI.
• Experience designing complex enterprise workflows and integrations.
• Strong ability to translate requirements into technical specs and drive deployment.
• Customer-facing consulting experience with strong communication and stakeholder management.
• Knowledge of REST APIs, event-driven architectures, data flows, and enterprise environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead discovery sessions with enterprise customers to understand processes and KPIs.
• Identify opportunities for intelligent automation and agentic orchestration.
• Create integration design documents and support engineers during deployment.
• Translate customer needs into product requirements and technical specs.
• Act as product owner during deployment and guide workflow iterations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure security, governance, and scalability.
• Train customer teams on agentic workflows and optimization strategies.
• Develop reusable playbooks and patterns for scalable implementations.
