Job summary

Workday is hiring Principal Product Managers to own an AI agent system from concept through GA for our global enterprise customers. You will scope bets, prototype solutions, run early adopter programs, and scale to Workday’s customer base, collaborating with product, engineering, and customer teams to deliver usable, auditable agents that drive business value.

This role combines hands-on design of agent architectures with strategic prioritization across a fast-moving portfolio.

Qualifications

• 11+ years of product management experience.
• 5+ years in SaaS/B2B enterprise software.
• Direct experience building and shipping revenue-generating AI agent systems to production.
• Deep technical acumen to evaluate agent architectures and debug failures.
• Strong communication across engineering, customers, and executives.

Responsibilities

• Own an AI agent end-to-end, from opportunity through GA launch.
• Prototype and validate agent concepts with real customer data.
• Design production-quality agent systems with reliability, auditability.
• Run customer discovery and Early Adopter programs.
• Identify high-ROI agent opportunities in finance and HCM.
• Define measurable value outcomes and evaluation frameworks.
• Collaborate with domain PMs to map workflows and value drivers.
• Communicate vision and progress to executives and customers.
