Qualifications

• Experience in high-volume hospitality, events or related customer-facing operations.
• Leadership, supervisory or team-lead experience preferred; strong candidates for first supervisory role considered.
• Excellent communication, organization and problem-solving skills with ability to manage competing priorities.
• Availability for mandatory events, including evenings, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Oversee multiple concession stands, bars or service locations within an assigned event-day zone.
• Lead and support Stand Leaders and frontline teams, providing clear direction and real-time issue resolution.
• Ensure full staffing, stocking, organization and readiness before gates open.
• Monitor sales demand, inventory and staffing; adjust priorities as conditions change.
• Collaborate with warehouse, culinary, beverage, POS/technology and leadership teams to resolve needs quickly.
• Maintain food quality, temperature, sanitation and responsible service standards.
• Support a welcoming guest experience and resolve service concerns professionally.
• Maintain leadership presence and communicate across the operation by radio and in person.
• Review inventory counts, transfers and event paperwork for accuracy.
• Lead closing procedures including cleaning, storage and security.
