Sodexo Live! is seeking a Hospitality Zone Supervisor to lead multiple concession locations at BC Place Stadium in Vancouver, BC. You will manage event-day operations, staffing, inventory and guest experience, coordinating with culinary, beverage, and leadership teams to ensure top service during sports, concerts and major events.

The role requires leadership, strong communication, and flexibility to work evenings, weekends and holidays. Serving It Right is required; Food Safe is an asset.

Qualifikationen

• Leadership, supervisory or team-lead experience preferred; strong candidates ready for their first formal supervisory opportunity will also be considered.
• Strong communication, organization and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage competing priorities.
• Confidence working independently while collaborating closely with a larger event leadership team.
• Serving It Right certification required; Food Safe certification is an asset.
• Availability for mandatory events, including evenings, weekends and holidays as scheduled.

Aufgaben

• Oversee multiple concession stands, bars or service locations within an assigned event-day zone.
• Lead and support Stand Leaders and frontline teams, providing clear direction, coaching and real-time issue resolution.
• Ensure all assigned locations are fully staffed, stocked, organized, merchandised and ready before gates open.
• Monitor sales demand, food production, inventory and staffing throughout the event and adjust priorities as conditions change.
• Partner with warehouse, culinary, beverage, POS/technology and leadership teams to resolve operational needs quickly.
• Maintain food quality, temperature, sanitation, food safety and responsible alcohol service standards.
• Support an efficient, welcoming guest experience and resolve service concerns professionally.
• Maintain a visible leadership presence and communicate effectively by radio and in person across the operation.
• Review inventory counts, transfers, discrepancies and required event paperwork for accuracy and completeness.
• Lead assigned closing procedures, including cleaning, product storage, equipment shutdown, security and documentation.
• Identify opportunities to improve throughput, presentation, team performance and the overall guest experience.
