Job summary

Qualifications

• Proven incident management experience with root cause analysis and preventative actions.

Responsibilities

• Provide Level 2/3 application and infrastructure support across Windows, UNIX/Linux, OpenShift, and PostgreSQL platforms.
• Monitor health, performance, and uptime; troubleshoot production incidents across OS, middleware, containers, and databases.
• Perform RCA and implement preventative measures; support deployments, environment management, and releases.
