Job Description

Java, PL-SQL, Scripting and Unix/Linux

Must have

• Application Support with 6 years of experience in managing enterprise grade applications across banking financial domains
• Expertise in Java and PLSQL for root cause analysis, data validation and reconciliation
• Expertise in using Shell, Perl and Python scripts for batch processing and improving operational efficiency
• Expertise in troubleshooting complex application and database issues using monitoring tools such as Dynatrace, Splunk and ITRS within Linux/Unix and cloud hosted environments
• Proven ability to lead support functions and drive root cause analysis
• Adept at ITIL based incident, problem and change management using ServiceNow ensuring high system availability and SLA compliance

Good to have

• Skilled in DevOps and SRE practices leveraging Jenkins, Ansible and CICD pipelines to improve system reliability and deployment efficiency
• Strong proficiency in SQL tuning, database performance monitoring and automation of routine operational tasks
• Knowledge of API integration and POSTMAN configuration
• Knowledge of KAFKA and microservices
