Responsibilities
  • Senior Manager, Digital Technology Solutions serves as a strategic liaison between clinical practices, internal stakeholders, and external vendors to ensure the successful deployment and adoption of digital health technologies. This role is responsible for maintaining deep expertise in the organization’s product catalog, identifying and addressing clinical and operational needs, and driving the development and implementation of scalable, secure, and user-centric digital solutions. A strong customer focus is essential, as the role requires a deep understanding of end-user pain points and a commitment to delivering solutions that enhance the experience and outcomes for both patients and providers. The ideal candidate will possess a strong blend of healthcare knowledge, technical acumen, and business analysis skills to support innovation and operational excellence across the network.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert for the Network’s product catalog, maintaining deep familiarity with current offerings and capabilities.
  • Engage directly with clinical and operational stakeholders at regional practices to understand pain points, workflows, and unmet needs.
  • Translate clinical and business needs into scalable, secure, and user-centric business requirements.
  • Analyze the current digital landscape of each practice and collaborate cross-functionally to define the future-state technology solutions that can be tailored to their strategic goals.
  • Align the diverse operational and clinical workflow needs of medical practices with existing solutions in the product catalog or identify gaps that require the validation of new solutions.
  • Conduct targeted market scans and vendor research to identify solutions that address specific practice needs, while ensuring alignment with enterprise priorities and integration within the broader digital health roadmap.
  • Develop comprehensive business cases for new product recommendations, including ROI analysis, alignment with strategic goals, and implementation feasibility.
  • Initiate and serve as a link between the vendor, practice, and internal partners throughout the TPSA (Third-Party Security Assessment) lifecycle for new product reviews. Help clear hurdles, assist with partnership and communication, and ensure alignment across all stakeholders.
  • Update and maintain the product catalog for the region, identifying which practices are actively utilizing each solution and highlighting opportunities where other practices could benefit from adoption.
  • Provide training and documentation to promote awareness and usage of available solutions across the organization.
Minimum Requirements
  • Degree or equivalent and typically requires 7+ years of relevant experience.
Critical Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Information Systems, Business, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in healthcare technology, digital health, customer success or product management.
  • Strong understanding of healthcare operations, digital health tools, and vendor ecosystems.
  • Proven ability to translate business needs into technical requirements and actionable solutions.
  • Experience conducting market research and vendor assessments.
  • Familiarity with security and compliance considerations in healthcare (e.g., HIPAA, TPSA).
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and presentation skills.
  • Strong customer focus with the ability to connect, build trust, and demonstrate a commitment to solving pain points for staff, providers, and patients.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a proactive, solution-oriented mindset.
