Sr HR Shared Services & Operations Coordinator

Job Overview

This role offers an opportunity to:

1. Handle employee queries related to HR services and policies, and manage associate transactions throughout the employee lifecycle, including onboarding and offboarding.
2. Assist with onboarding processes for new hires, including processing government and company paperwork.
3. Collaborate with HR partners to resolve complex HR issues.
4. Manage workers’ compensation claims, unemployment requests, FMLA, and leaves of absence.
5. Review and improve transactional HR processes.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree in Human Resources, Labor Relations, Business, Accounting, or related field.
• 3-5 years of professional HR experience, preferably in a Shared Service team.
• Experience with Canadian Labor Laws.
• Recent experience with Workday or similar HRIS systems.
