DESCRIPTION

The Sr. Operations Coordinator is responsible for operational support of a client, including reporting, data collection, survey setup, and other ad hoc requests. The role involves leading report design, automation, and data administration. The coordinator will leverage business and market information to support data-driven decisions that help Mosaic achieve sales and marketing goals. They will also play a key role in developing the data-driven culture within the team.

Essential Functions:

  • Build and maintain performance measurement tools (scorecards, reports, KPIs) using PowerBI, SQL, Python, Google Cloud.

  • Collect, inspect, cleanse, and transform complex data sets.

  • Manage data systems, survey setup, scheduling, and operational tasks.

  • Analyze weekly results and make recommendations to improve outcomes.

  • Streamline processes for efficiency.

  • Stay informed on data trends and practices.

  • Diagnose issues and develop solutions.

  • Perform other duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS

Minimum Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Business, Statistics, Computer Science, STEM, or related field, or equivalent experience.

  • Bilingual in Spanish/English preferred

  • 1-3 years relevant experience.

  • Experience with large data sets, software tools, and visualization.

  • Intermediate SQL skills.

  • Strong analytical skills.

  • Excellent organizational and detail-oriented skills.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

  • Excellent communication skills for internal and external interactions.

  • Professional attitude in office environment.

  • Advanced Excel and Power BI skills, including formulas, pivot tables, measures, visualizations.

  • Ability to implement measurement strategies.

  • Strong critical thinking and data insight skills.

  • Ability to meet deadlines and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.

  • Understanding of Mosaic business areas for identifying new opportunities.

  • Proven track record of completing projects on time in ambiguous settings.
