As an Operations Lead, you will have strong experience in Resourcing to meet staffing needs, sourcing exceptional talent through various supply sources, collaborating with different practices within ISL to understand sourcing requirements, and coordinating with internal teams. You will also be responsible for workforce allocation, reducing time to billability, system hygiene on demand, and workforce planning. Excellent communication skills and reporting capabilities are essential.
