Role Overview

As an Operations Lead, you will have strong experience in Resourcing to meet staffing needs, sourcing exceptional talent through various supply sources, collaborating with different practices within ISL to understand sourcing requirements, and coordinating with internal teams. You will also be responsible for workforce allocation, reducing time to billability, system hygiene on demand, and workforce planning. Excellent communication skills and reporting capabilities are essential.

Responsibilities

1. Collaborate closely with Hiring Managers to address staffing needs.
2. Identify sources of supply through various channels.
3. Manage workforce planning and allocations to reduce time to billability.
4. Implement pyramid management strategies and reduce hiring costs.
5. Oversee operational management of resourcing, including Service Order creation and management, and reduce turnaround time for fulfillment.

Required Skills

• 15+ years of experience in business operations, talent management, and support.
• Experience working with large MNCs in a matrix organization with diversified support groups.

Preferred Skills

• Sourcing, Talent Management, IT services fulfillment.
