As a Statements Specialist, you are responsible for ordering and obtaining payout statements on both secured and unsecured products. You will review documents for compliance, order statements through multiple channels and follow up with multiple FI’s to obtain the statement in a timely manner. You have strong attention to detail, work and think quickly and can review a file critically to determine what needs to be done quickly. You are relied upon to provide expert advice when problem solving, and you are a strong influencer when speaking to others in order to get the statement quickly and efficiently.
