Job summary

Red Earth Spa is seeking a hands-on Spa Manager to lead our team of Receptionists, Massage Therapists and Estheticians, overseeing daily operations and delivering exceptional guest experiences. You will recruit, onboard and train new staff, and ensure smooth front-desk and guest journey management.

You will partner with the Director of Spas to maintain high service standards, manage schedules, payroll and budgets, and keep the workplace professional and positive for both guests and staff.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and develop the team, creating a positive culture where everyone works together
• Own recruitment, onboarding and training for new team members
• Oversee the day-to-day operation, including scheduling, payroll, inventory, ordering and budgets
• Keep guest service standards high and make sure every part of the guest journey runs smoothly
• Be hands-on at reception when needed, supporting bookings, guest enquiries, check-ins, payments and front desk duties
• Manage guest feedback and solve problems quickly and professionally
• Work with the Director of Spas to achieve business goals and continually improve the guest experience
