Responsibilities

  • Support the Spa Manager with the day-to-day operation of the spa, ensuring an exceptional guest experience at all times.
  • Lead, motivate and develop the Spa Reception, Host and Rooftop Spa teams, creating a positive and high-performing culture.
  • Act as Duty Manager, overseeing the smooth and safe operation of the spa and maintaining the highest standards of service, presentation and cleanliness.
  • Coach and support team members through training, one-to-ones and ongoing development.
  • Drive retail sales, treatment bookings and upselling opportunities while ensuring commercial targets are achieved.
  • Ensure all health and safety, operational procedures and spa standards are consistently followed.
  • Monitor daily operations, resolve guest queries and complaints professionally, and continuously seek opportunities to enhance the guest experience.
  • Work closely with other hotel departments to ensure effective communication and a seamless guest journey.
  • Deliver spa treatments and wellness experiences when required, maintaining the highest professional standards.
  • Support the Spa Manager with rota planning, reporting and other operational duties to ensure the efficient running of the department.
