Job summary

Canadian Rocky Mountain Resorts in Banff invites you to join as a Spa Receptionist year-round. You will be the welcoming face of the spa, oversee the reception area, handle phone inquiries, and provide warm, attentive service to every guest.

You will book spa appointments, inform clients about services and local attractions, and liaise with Massage Therapists and Aestheticians to coordinate schedules. You will ensure accuracy in basic accounting transactions, maintain a tidy reception area, and

Responsibilities

• Answer all in-coming phone calls in a professional manner according to company standards.
• Share knowledge on spa services, local activities and attractions with clientele.
• Book spa appointments (i.e. confirm treatment, time to arrive, spa cancellation policy).
• Ensure spa bookings allow for adequate break times for Massage Therapists and Aestheticians.
• Liaise with Massage Therapists and Aestheticians, ensuring they have an updated list of their appointments.
• Welcome guests, ensure appropriate paperwork is completed. Provide product knowledge and sell spa products to clientele.
• Understand basic accounting principles, including debit and credit card transactions and maintain a cash float.
• Ensure the facility is in peak condition at all times (operations and cleanliness).
• Work safely. Obey all health and safety policies and procedures and report injuries and hazards immediately.
• Additional duties as assigned to support guest and business needs.
