Canadian Rocky Mountain Resorts in Canmore, AB is seeking an experienced Spa Manager to oversee daily operations of our upscale spa. You will lead a diverse team, ensure exceptional guest experiences, and drive service quality and profitability in a fast-paced yet relaxed environment.

Responsibilities include supervising staff, training, managing merchandising and pricing, handling customer inquiries, executing marketing initiatives, and ensuring health and safety standards are met.

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Spa Manager to oversee daily operations of our upscale spa facility. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, exceptional customer service abilities, and a comprehensive understanding of service management, sales, and team supervision. As Spa Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring a seamless guest experience, managing staff, and maintaining the overall profitability and reputation of the spa. This role requires excellent organizational skills, effective communication, and the ability to lead a diverse team in a fast-paced yet relaxed environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise daily spa operations, ensuring high standards of service and guest satisfaction

• Oversee retail sales, merchandising, pricing strategies, and store management to maximize revenue
• Handle customer inquiries with professionalism using phone etiquette and excellent communication skills
• Implement marketing initiatives to promote services and products effectively
• Monitor inventory levels through purchasing and POS systems; coordinate with vendors for supplies
• Conduct performance evaluations, interviews, and training sessions to enhance team performance
• Ensure compliance with health & safety regulations and maintain a clean, organized environment
• Develop promotional campaigns to increase client engagement and retention
