We are a boutique wellness spa located in Canmore, Alberta, offering massage therapy, wellness treatments, and spa packages, with outdoor hot pools, a eucalyptus steam room, and a fitness room. Our vision is a space where functional healing and relaxation coexist - blending deep therapeutic care with the tranquility of a spa atmosphere.

We are looking for a reliable, enthusiastic and self-motivated individual to help lead our front desk team, keep daily spa operations running smoothly, and shape the experience our clients and staff have every time they walk through the door.

RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:

CLIENT EXPERIENCE & SPA OPERATIONS

• Welcome clients with a warm, friendly demeanour and provide them with all the information and care necessary to create a relaxing, seamless and memorable spa experience.
• Book appointments and monitor the schedule, including catching online booking errors and following up with clients for additional information.
• Respond promptly to inquiries and requests to provide exceptional customer service - including phone, email, text, and in-person requests.
• Handle payments and insurance billing.
• Completion of daily checklists, opening & closing procedures.
• Restock supplies and amenities; supporting practitioners as needed.
• Keeping the spa looking beautiful and running smoothly - including daily cleaning, flipping & folding laundry, and general upkeep.

LEADERSHIP

• Supervise the front desk team and oversee completion of weekly / monthly tasks.
• Monitor upkeep & cleanliness of treatment rooms & spa facilities.
• Handle client feedback & concerns, communicating consistently with the Spa Director.
• Input insurance payments & reconcile accounts.
• Assist with training & onboarding support for new front desk staff.
• Oversee and track inventory of spa supplies and retail stock. Liaise with the Spa Director to order supplies as needed.
• Organize team building events and local community outreach.
• Work closely with the Spa Director and wellness practitioners to support efficient, high-quality spa operations and business growth.
