Job summary

Brentwood Bay Resort is seeking a Spa Experience Host to support guest journeys and spa operations with warmth and professionalism. You will help manage bookings, assist guests, process payments, and ensure a seamless spa environment.

The role blends hospitality and hands-on support, requiring a friendly, energetic attitude and a focus on safety in wet environments. Shifts typically run 8:00 am–4:00 pm or 1:30 pm–9:30 pm.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and check in spa and sauna guests.
• Manage bookings, phone/email inquiries, and appointment changes.
• Process payments and guest documentation accurately.
• Support sauna and cold plunge experiences; educate guests on safe use.
• Monitor guest flow, wellbeing, and overall experience.
• Maintain cleanliness and presentation of spa, treatment rooms, and thermal areas.
• Reset treatment rooms; manage linens, laundry, and supplies.
• Recommend services, retail products, and memberships.
• Communicate with spa team to ensure smooth daily operations.

• Fluent English with clear, confident communication skills
• Strong attention to detail and comfort enforcing safety guidelines
• Ability to perform physically active work, including standing, walking, lifting, bending, and frequent cleaning
• Previoussauna, cold plunge, spa attendant, or wellness hospitality experience (strongly preferred)
• First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
• Confidence working in wet environments and high-traffic guest areas
• A reliable, accountable, and team-oriented approach

Schedule

• Shifts are typically scheduled from 8:00 am–4:00 pm or 1:30 pm–9:30 pm
• Availability required Monday through Sunday on a rotating schedule
