Red Earth Spa in Banff seeks a hands-on Spa Manager to lead a team of receptionists, massage therapists, and estheticians and to oversee daily operations while delivering a consistent, high-quality guest experience. You don't need spa experience—just strong people leadership to keep the operation running smoothly.

Collaborate with the Director of Spas to foster a professional workplace where both guests and staff feel well cared for and supported.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years' supervisory or management experience.
• A genuine passion for leading and developing people.
• Strong organisation and attention to detail.
• A natural focus on guest/customer experience.
• Confidence managing multiple priorities in a busy environment.
• A positive, practical and hands-on approach.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and develop the team, creating a positive culture where everyone works together.
• Own recruitment, onboarding and training for new team members.
• Oversee the day-to-day operation, including scheduling, payroll, inventory, ordering and budgets.
• Keep guest service standards high and make sure every part of the guest journey runs smoothly.
• Be hands-on at reception when needed, supporting bookings, guest enquiries, check-ins, payments and front desk duties.
• Manage guest feedback and solve problems quickly and professionally.
• Work with the Director of Spas to achieve business goals and continually improve the guest experience.
