Job summary

Hyatt Regency Calgary is seeking a full-time Spa Concierge on a 7-month contract to welcome guests and provide exceptional service within a tranquil spa setting. You will uphold Hyatt hospitality standards, assist with spa treatments, and manage guest interactions with privacy and care.

Ideal candidates have spa or hospitality experience and hold Proserve and Food Safe certification. The role involves varied shifts, including Sundays to Saturdays and holidays, with a starting rate of CAD 19 per

The Spa Concierge is responsible for hosting and fostering an atmosphere of calm and relaxation while providing exceptional customer service to our guests while exceeding their expectations.

This role will typically allow a minimum of 30 hours per week

The starting hourly rate for this role is $19 CAD per hour
