Job summary

Hyatt Regency Calgary is offering a permanent part-time role in its Food & Beverage team. You will welcome guests, learn reservations, refresh lounge offerings, and maintain cleanliness in the lounge.

The position requires Proserve and Food Safe certifications and offers shifts 5 days a week with Canada work authorization. The role provides benefits including on-site discounts, tuition reimbursement, complimentary meals during shifts, guest stays, and wellbeing programs.

Qualifications

• Guest service experience preferred.
• Ability to take reservations and make recommendations.
• Able to refresh lounge offerings and maintain cleanliness.

this is a permanent Part-time position

We have an exciting opportunity for you to join our Food & Beverage Team and learn about the Hospitality Industry, engage with our VIP and frequent stay members and develop new skills.

What is expected of me in this role?

• You will welcome guests


• You will learn to make reservations and recommendations for guests


• You will learn to refresh food and beverage products in the lounge


• Keep the Regency Lounge clean


• As this role will involve stocking alcohol, you will need to obtain your Proserve Certification.


• You will need a Food Safe Certification


• Shifts will be available 5 days a week, Monday to Sundays


• Valid work authorization for Canada

This role will typically allow a minimum of 12-24 hours per week.

The minimum starting hourly rate for this role is $19 CAD per hour.
