Job summary

Hyatt Regency Calgary is seeking a weekend part-time greeter/host to join our Food and Beverage team. You will welcome guests, assist with reservations, and ensure guests have everything they need while delivering attentive dine-in service.

The role requires at least one year of hosting in an upscale environment, Proserve certification, flexible weekends, and Canadian work authorization. Starting hourly rate is CAD 18 with 10–29 hours per week; hotel benefits apply.

• Minimum one-year hosting experience in an upscale restaurant environment.
• Flexible schedule and shift pattern based on hotel business.
• Must be available on weekends.

WE ARE LOOKING FOR A weekend Part-time greeter/host to join our Food and Beverage Team

This is an exciting role. You will interact with guests and provide them with excellent dine-in services.

What is expEcted of me in this role?

• You will welcome guests to the restaurant
• Clean tables, refill drinks, make sure all guests have everything they need.
• Previous experience booking walk in reservations, phone reservations and online reservations
• As this role will involve serving alcohol you will need to obtain your Proserve Certification.
• Minimum one-year previous hosting experience in an upscale restaurant environment
• Flexible schedule and shift pattern based upon hotel business.
• Must be available during weekends
• Valid work authorization for Canada
