Position Overview

The Sourcing Operations Analyst is responsible for executing global sourcing strategies related to specific merchandising categories. They handle vendor and product onboarding, ensuring accurate and timely communication to meet program timelines, budgets, and quality standards. Working with third-party testing facilities, sourcing offices, and HD Quality/Engineering departments, they use independent thinking to analyze issues and determine solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure all sourcing programs comply with THD standards for quality, inspection, social responsibility, environmental standards, legal, and statutory requirements.
• Manage onboarding processes for global sourcing programs.
• Communicate project status with SPM/GSM to ensure visibility.
• Coordinate with quality assurance teams and third-party inspection agencies to monitor testing progress.
• Conduct weekly onboarding, vendor, and article status reporting and reviews.
• Align with CDMG, F&R, SPMs, and Regional Sourcing Offices.
• Continuously improve sourcing processes.
