Regimen Lab is hiring a Social Media Manager to shape and expand our skincare brand. Our content is already seen by millions, and we’re looking for someone to take it even further. What You’ll be Doing:

• Creating + Managing content on our social platforms (Instagram and TikTok) showcasing products, sharing our skincare research, and showing off our culture.
• Community Engagement: Interact with followers, respond to comments, and foster a positive online community.
• Managing influencer relationships and outreach.
• Track and analyze key performance metrics on social media platforms, working with our team to help us improve our efforts in real time.
• Oversee our marketing calendar, ensuring our social efforts are effectively tied to other forms of marketing.

What You’ll Need to be Successful:

• At least 2 years experience managing and executing social media campaigns for consumer-facing brands.
• You can tell a story with words and visuals.
• You are comfortable being in front of the camera, or giving light direction to those who are.
• You’re comfortable with photography, design, graphic, or even animation.
• You’re a strong communicator and have worked with a creative team.
• You must be into skincare and be able to speak to relevant brands, products, and trends.
• This is a primarily in-person role, with typically 4 days per week in office.
