SOCi is seeking a versatile Social Media Manager with strong organizational and communication skills to join the company’s fast-paced Professional Services team. This role involves managing a defined book of customers and coordinating individual communications to develop multi-channel social content strategies aligned with client business objectives. Acting as a core contributor, the Social Media Manager must possess solid decision-making skills and be able to independently exercise sound judgment within established procedures and practices to determine the best course of action. Responsibilities include collaborating with a team that is writing and designing content, and adapting social campaigns to deliver higher value results while ensuring timely task completion and customer satisfaction. This role requires minimal day-to-day instruction and general to moderate guidance on new assignments, making it a great opportunity for an individual who thrives in a structured yet dynamic environment.
