About the position

Wildcraft is growing quickly and we’re looking for a Social Media Content Creator to bring our brand to life through high-performing short-form video and supporting static content that stops viewers from scrolling. This is a hands-on role for someone who loves filming, editing and producing content that people actually want to watch (and rewatch), save and share.

You live and breathe social media and know how to create standout video using a phone or camera, then turn that footage into polished, on-brand edits for Instagram Reels, TikTok and Facebook (organic & paid). You’re also comfortable creating clean, on-brand static posts, like carousels, product highlights and simple graphics that support campaigns and round out the content mix. Whether it’s a quick product how-to, behind-the-scenes in our Toronto studio, a founder story, a “day in the life,” or a mini documentary-style moment, you know how to build strong hooks, structure a story and keep viewers engaged.

You’ll work closely with the marketing team and report to the Senior Manager of Digital Marketing. You’ll use performance insights to iterate fast, testing new formats, refining what works, and building a repeatable content engine across video and static that supports brand growth.

This is a hybrid position, requiring 3 days per week on-site at our West End Toronto studio.

  • Know when to pull out the camera and film, capturing authentic, everyday moments that feel real and true to the brand.
  • Use strong hooks, clear structure and tight pacing to grab attention in the first few seconds and keep viewers watching.
  • Take creative direction and turn ideas into finished content through both filming and editing, while maintaining Wildcraft’s warm, natural aesthetic.
  • Help direct people on set (team members, founders, creators) to capture natural, effortless moments on camera.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to brainstorm, plan and produce creative concepts for launches, campaigns and everyday storytelling.
  • Monitor performance metrics (views, watch time, saves, CTR, etc.) and apply learnings to continuously improve future content.
  • Work quickly, stay organized and meet deadlines in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
