Job summary

PepsiCo Inc. is seeking a Route Sales Representative for Frito Lay Canada.

This relief-based role covers an assigned district with a 40-hour work week, focusing on selling, developing the business and servicing customers through delivery and merchandising. You will manage product placement, respond to customer needs, and support promotions while maintaining inventory and shelf presentation across grocery, gas, and convenience stores.

Qualifications

• Valid full G or Class 5 driver’s license.
• Access to a car with a clean driving record.
• Scheduling flexibility: weekends/holidays included.
• Previous sales experience with CPG or retail preferred.
• Outstanding organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Execute hands-on activities: shelf placement, increasing facings, carton returns, inventory movement, and cleaning shelves.
• Identify changing customer needs through review of top selling products.
• Develop assigned accounts for sales volume, market share, distribution, space allocation, and service objectives.
• Sell and execute national and local promotions and position incremental marketing equipment.
• Manage inventory to ensure balanced accounts and fresh products for customers.
