Job summary

Calgary AB is seeking a Slot Supervisor who will be a highly visible presence on the Slot Floor, developing rapport with guests and building Slot customer relations. The role promotes an energetic experience while upholding professionalism and privacy, and requires interaction with the Casino Host and PURE Players Rewards teams.

Qualifications

• Completion of Grade XII High School diploma or GED equivalent.
• Intermediate skills in using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Outlook).
• Strong communication and conflict-resolution skills; comfortable with public speaking.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a high level of guest rapport on the Slot Floor.
• Ensure slot operations comply with AGLC Terms and Conditions.
• Monitor and report safety concerns for a safe environment.
• Engage guests to sign up for PURE Rewards and promote the casino’s events.
• Co-ordinate with Slot Manager and other departments to meet goals.
• Provide coaching and mentoring to Slot Attendants as needed.
