CBI Health Group is seeking a part-time Clinic Experience Associate to cover the Surrey clinic location, providing a warm, welcoming environment for clients as they arrive and depart.

You will handle in-person, phone and digital inquiries, schedule care per the Care Plan, educate clients on digital tools, and minimize administrative burden while safeguarding privacy. This role offers flexible hours and competitive compensation with benefits.

Responsibilities

• Create a welcoming environment for clients, guests and team members.
• Respond promptly to in-person, phone and digital inquiries within 24 hours.
• Identify and mitigate friction or barriers for clients and staff.
• Provide personalized interactions and relay important needs to the care team.
• Schedule clients according to their Care Plans and online booking options.
• Educate clients on digital tools such as Client Portal and online booking.
• Maintain confidentiality of client records and health information.
• Facilitate smooth clinic flow and operations.
