Job summary

Snore MD is seeking a Clinical Coordinator to join our BC clinics in Port Coquitlam and Maple Ridge. This full-time, permanent role combines administrative coordination with hands-on clinic operations, ensuring smooth patient flows and accurate documentation.

You will schedule appointments, triage referrals, manage sleep-test equipment, assist with HSAT setup, and liaise with doctors and partners. The position requires 3+ years' admin/coordination experience and a calm, team-focused approach.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of administration/coordination experience in Canada.
  • Proven ability to stay calm and effective in a fast-paced environment.
  • Legally eligible to work in Canada.

Responsibilities

  • Manage clinic flow with appointment scheduling and referrals triage.
  • Communicate with doctors, specialists, and healthcare partners.
  • Oversee clinic operations, inventory and sleep test equipment.
  • Set up and administer HSAT tests and guide patients.
  • Handle insurance paperwork and daily documentation.

Clinical Coordinator – Port Coquitlam / Maple Ridge, BC

Position Type: Full-time, Permanent

Locations: Port Coquitlam (3 days/week) & Maple Ridge (2 days/week)

Schedule: Monday–Saturday (5 days/week, Saturdays required)

Hours: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Wage range: $22–$25/hr + up to $4/hr in monthly bonuses

What You’ll Do
  • Manage Clinic Flow: Take charge of appointment scheduling and triage referrals with speed, care, and professionalism
  • Be the Connection: Communicate assertively and clearly with doctors, specialists, and healthcare partners
  • Keep Us Moving: Own clinic operations, from inventory to sleep test equipment management
  • Deliver Better Sleep: Set up and administer HSAT (Home Sleep Apnea Tests), guiding patients through the process with clarity and confidence
  • Administrative Rockstar: Take ownership of insurance paperwork and daily documentation, staying on top of details even when things get busy
What You Bring
  • 3+ years of experience in administration, coordination, or a clinical support role in Canada
  • Proven ability to stay calm, decisive, and effective in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Comfortable with MS Office or Google Suite
  • Able to commute to our Clinics in Port Coquitlam (3 days/week) and Maple Ridge (2 days/week)
  • Flexibility for split days off (Sunday + one weekday between Tuesday–Thursday)
  • Availability to work Saturdays (mandatory)
  • Legally eligible to work in Canada
