Job summary

Snore MD is seeking a Clinical Coordinator for the North Vancouver clinic to manage patient flow, coordinate appointments, and liaise with doctors and partners in a fast-paced healthcare setting.

Based in North Vancouver (or nearby), you will conduct HSAT set up, assist with insurance paperwork, and support a welcoming, patient-centric experience while contributing to a growth-minded, community-focused team.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in healthcare administration, coordination, or a clinical support role.
• Ability to work in a fast pace healthcare environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage Clinic Flow: Coordinate appointments and triage referrals with care and professionalism.
• Be the Connection: Communicate with doctors, specialists, and healthcare partners.
• Keep Us Moving: Support clinic operations, from inventory to sleep test equipment management.
• Deliver Better Sleep: Set up and administer HSAT (Home Sleep Apnea Tests), guiding patients through the process with clarity and compassion.
• Administrative Rockstar: Assist with insurance paperwork and daily documentation.
• Support the Mission: Help create a smooth, welcoming, and empowering patient experience.

Clinical Coordinator – North Vancouver, BC (Persian Speaking)

Position Type: Full-time, Permanent

Schedule: Monday–Saturday (5 days/week, including Saturdays)

Hours: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM

What You Bring

• 2+ years of experience in healthcare administration, coordination, or a clinical support role
• Ability to work in a fast pace healthcare environment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Comfortable with MS Office and Google Suite
• Lives in North Vancouver or nearby and able to commute daily
• Flexibility for split days off (Sunday + one weekday between Tuesday–Thursday)
