Responsibilities

• Assist guests in booking ski school programs and provide resort information.
• Book ski school programs and coordinate with sales for group bookings.
• Schedule desk staff balancing labor costs and service quality.
• Train desk staff on sales, customer service and POS procedures.
• Oversee department admin tasks and daily payroll processing.
• Ensure accurate daily sales, cashouts and updated communications.
