Job summary

Panorama Mountain Resort in Panorama, British Columbia, is seeking a supervisor to coordinate and supervise staff and operations for all snow school, working closely with the management team to deliver an exceptional snow school experience.

The role requires CSIA/CASI/CANSI Level 3, two years in a supervisory role, strong leadership, and a willingness to work evenings and weekends. You will schedule, train staff, and coordinate with other PMV departments to ensure smooth operations.

Qualifications

• CSIA/CASI/CANSI Level 3 in good standing is required.
• Two years of supervisory or lead experience is required.
• Strong leadership, integrity, and adaptability are essential.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily effective leadership that inspires staff and guests.
• Delegate and manage non-teaching tasks and scheduling.
• Coordinate lesson assignments between guests and Ski + Ride pros.
• Provide coverage in the absence of Manager & Sales Supervisor.
• Work with sales staff to meet revenue targets and group bookings.
• Assist with staff training and PMV EE guidelines.
• Coordinate with PMV departments for scheduling and equipment.
• Teach lessons as required based on guest needs and volumes.

Job description

Coordinate and supervise staff and operations for all snow school. Work closely with management team to ensure an exceptional snow school experience is delivered.

Essential Functions:

• Provide daily effective leadership which inspires both staff and guests.
• Delegate, assign and manage non-teaching tasks.
• Accountable for the efficient and effective oflesson assignments betweenguests and Ski + Ridepros
• Provide coverage in the absence of Manager & Sales Supervisor as required.
• Work withsalesstaff to ensure desired wage to revenue targets, bookingof groups, programs andlessons as required.
• Contribute to annual Ski + Ride School Business Plan and Budget
• Assist with staff scheduling and approval of hours as required.
• ProvidetrainingtoSki + Ride Schoolstaff, provide progressive & corrective action per PMV EE Guidelines as required.
• Coordinate with other PMV departments to arrange scheduling of non-teaching activitiesfor Ski + ride School staff.
• Coordinate Ski + Ride School equipment and supplies as required.
• Teach lessons as required based on guest needs and business volumes.
• Other duties as required.

Experience / Requirements

• Minimumactive CSIA/CASI /CANSI Level 3 in good standingof 3
• Two year's previous experience in a supervisory or lead role
• High integrity and adaptable
• Physically fit to ski and/or ride
• Able to work in the evening and weekends.
• Posse an extensive knowledge of all Ski + Ride programs, resort activities and events
• Posse a strong computing skill with the ability to onboard new software platforms
