Job summary

Grouse Mountain in North Vancouver seeks a Snow School Supervisor to manage day-to-day operations of the Ski and Ride School, scheduling instructors, coordinating guest check-ins, and ensuring safe, memorable experiences for guests.

The ideal candidate will have 1+ seasons supervisory experience, CSIA/PSIC/CASI Level 3 certification, English fluency, and proficiency with Word, Excel, and G Suite; willingness to work five days a week including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• 1+ seasons supervisory experience in a snow school (required).
• CSIA/PSIC/CASI Level 3 or international equivalent certification (required).
• Fluent in English (spoken and written).
• Competent with Word, Excel, and G Suite.
• Able to work five days a week including evenings, weekends & holidays.
• Background check required within six months of hire.

Responsibilities

• Schedule staff and allocate resources weekly/daily.
• Coordinate guest and staff check-in areas.
• Monitor staffing relative to department budget.
• Coordinate lessons with Sales to ensure bookings and follow-ups.
• Coaching during pre-season training and ongoing support for instructors.
• Enter payroll data and assist with payroll issues.
