Job summary

Head Inc. in Quebec is seeking a Rental and Guest Services Coordinator to lead Ski School Guest Services Desk and Rental Centre operations.

You will coordinate reservations, manage staff, and ensure a welcoming, professional guest experience for skiers and riders from arrival through departure. You will supervise attendants, resolve issues, and collaborate with instructors and technicians to maintain high service standards in a dynamic mountain setting.

Qualifications

• Must have experience in skiing, equipment rentals, or customer service.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
• Knowledge of reservation/management software is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily operations of the Ski School Guest Services Desk and Rental Centre.
• Supervise and support Guest Services and Rental Attendants in daily tasks.
• Deliver a warm, efficient and professional guest experience throughout the guest journey.
• Oversee reservations, registrations, equipment rentals, and admin follow-ups.
• Coordinate school groups and support related arrivals and activities.
• Ensure clear communication between guests, instructors, technicians and teams.
• Manage priorities and handle unexpected situations efficiently and professionally.
• Collaborate with Team Leader to ensure smooth operations and continuity.
• Ensure compliance with service standards, procedures and safety regulations.
• Maintain a positive, organized and motivating work environment.
