Job summary

Fraser Health Authority in Surrey, BC is seeking a Full Time Simulation Operations Specialist to oversee day‑to‑day operations of the simulation centres and networks. You will coordinate events, schedules and space/equipment use to maximize resources and educational impact.

You will lead SIM staff, collaborate with educators and leaders to optimize technology use, and ensure maintenance and procurement align with program goals.

Qualifications

• Minimum diploma in a technology or science field; CHSOS certification.
• 3–5 years of related experience with simulation technology and clinical education.

Responsibilities

• Oversees technology and resources for planning and implementation of Fraser Health's simulation program; coordinates event scheduling with educators.
• Collaborates with educators and simulation leads to support advanced simulations in centre, insitu, or remote settings.
• Manages SIM staff, recruitment, training and performance; monitors data and budgets.
• Coordinates maintenance of simulation program systems and equipment; tracks service contracts and warranties.
