Job summary

Fraser Health Authority is seeking a Lead, Health Informatics in Surrey to oversee the administration and support of key health information systems and infrastructure, collaborating with clinical, operational, and technical stakeholders to ensure system reliability, performance, and continuous improvement.

You will provide technical leadership on projects, upgrades, integrations, and system enhancements while contributing to strategic initiatives across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Health Information Science or Computer Science, Software Engineering or related field.
• Five (5) years of recent experience in IT system and infrastructure administration.
• Experience supporting health and corporate information systems including MEDITECH, Cerner, Epic.

Responsibilities

• Lead the administration, maintenance, and optimization of health information systems and supporting infrastructure.
• Provide technical expertise and support for enterprise clinical applications including MEDITECH, Cerner, Epic, and other corporate information systems.
• Collaborate with clinical and technical teams to identify business requirements and implement technology solutions.
• Support system upgrades, implementations, migrations, and integrations.
