Fraser Health Authority is seeking a Leader, Workforce Optimization Staffing Services to guide staffing operations, lead coordinators and program clerks, and support staffing across FH sites in British Columbia, Canada.

You will recruit and retain staff in collaboration with the staffing education team, lead clinical operations to foster a collaborative practice environment, and support program clerk teams at multiple North hospital and community sites.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in a related discipline.
• Five (5) years' recent, related experience within a large complex organization including two (2) years' experience in a leadership/supervisory position.
• An equivalent combination of education, training and experience may be acceptable.

Mansioni

• Provides leadership to coordinators and program clerks within the portfolio and overall management functions of the staffing services.
• Recruitment and retention of staff in collaboration with the staffing education team to support students transitioning from education into practice.
• Provide leadership to clinical operations and programs to support/foster a collaborative practice environment.
• Support program clerk teams at multiple locations in the North hospital and community sites.
