• Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, Adult Education or related discipline.
• 3–5 years of progressive experience designing, delivering and evaluating education programs.

Responsabilidades

• Drive learning and development strategies by assessing needs and designing programs.
• Create engaging learning experiences through facilitation, coaching and training.
• Measure training effectiveness and provide actionable feedback for improvement.
• Lead onboarding and workforce development initiatives including practicums and mentorships.
• Collaborate with leaders to implement improvements and knowledge transfer across teams.
